Good value on my Agave

I was looking for an Agave and found a good deal here. I signed up for the newsletter and got a discount on my first order, which made the price really competitive. The plant arrived in good shape and was a decent size for what I paid. I did notice shipping was a little pricy, but with the discount, it still felt like a worthwhile purchase. I always try to save where I can, and this worked out pretty well for getting a quality plant without overspending.

Good value for a tree fern

I was looking for a Dicksonia antarctica and compared a few places. The Palm Centre had a good price, especially with their seasonal sale running. I felt like I got a solid deal. The shipping cost was a bit high, which almost cancelled out some of my savings, but the plant itself was worth it. It arrived in great condition, well-protected in its packaging. For a first-time buyer, I thought it was pretty straightforward to order, and the plant was exactly as described. Good value for money if you catch a sale.

My Olea europaea is perfect!

I got an Olea europaea and it's absolutely gorgeous! I'm so happy with it. It arrived super well-packaged and looks even better than the pictures online. I've always wanted an olive tree and this one is just what I hoped for. I'm already planning my next order, probably some exotic climbers. Such a great store!

Consistent quality, reliable store

I've ordered from The Palm Centre several times now, usually for things like Hardy Palms and occasionally some Glazed Pots. This time I got a Chamaerops humilis, and just like my previous orders, the plant arrived in excellent condition. They're consistently good with packaging, and the plants always look vigorous. Delivery was on time, as usual, taking about a week to upstate New York. My only minor gripe is that sometimes the website can be a little slow to load product pages, but it's never stopped me from finding what I need. I keep coming back because I trust the quality and reliability.

Good quality, delivery needs work

I ordered a Trachycarpus fortunei and it arrived in great condition, very healthy looking. The plant itself was exactly as described on the website. However, the delivery took longer than expected, about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, and the tracking updates were sparse. Customer service was helpful when I called, but it would be better if the shipping process was smoother from the start. Overall, I'm happy with the plant, just wish the delivery was quicker.

Nice Olive Tree, good size

I got an Olea europaea from here a couple weeks ago. It arrived pretty quick, took about 5 days to reach me in California. The tree itself was well-packaged and looked really healthy when it got here. It's a good size for the price I paid, definitely happy with that. My only small issue was the delivery driver left it by the wrong door, but I found it fine. Overall, a good experience for getting some Mediterranean vibes in my yard.

Nice plants, good experience

I bought some Musa basjoo and they came looking really healthy. The website was easy to use and I found what I wanted fast. Shipping was pretty quick, like 5 days to get to my place in Florida. No issues at all, just a smooth purchase. I'd definitely order from them again if I need more exotic stuff.

Detailed review of my order

My recent purchase from The Palm Centre involved a Dicksonia antarctica, a few bags of Specialist Compost, and an Irrigation Kit. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation immediately. Shipping took around 7 days to reach my location in California, which felt reasonable for a large plant and multiple items. The tree fern was meticulously packaged, with its fronds protected and the root ball secured, arriving without any damage. The compost and irrigation kit were also well-packed. I did notice the instructions for the irrigation kit were a little basic; more detailed guidance or a link to a video would have been helpful for a novice. Overall, the quality of the plant is excellent, and the accessories seem durable. I appreciated the care taken with the live plant especially.
